The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC), with the assistance of the Arkansas Floodplain Management Association (AFMA) and the support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (AFMA), will sponsor a four (4) day course on the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and floodplain management at the Country Inns and Suites on March 15-18, 2010.

For those interested in becoming a nationally-recognized certified floodplain manager, an exam will be given on Friday, March 19, for those interested in becoming a CFM.
