Managing Floodplain Development Through the National
Flood Insurance Program, March 15-19, 2010,
Country Inns and Suites, Conway

The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission (ANRC), with
the assistance of the Arkansas Floodplain Management
Association (AFMA) and the support of the Federal Emergency
Management Agency (AFMA), will sponsor a four (4) day course
on the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) and
floodplain management at the Country Inns and Suites on
March 15-18, 2010.
For those interested in becoming a nationally-recognized
certified floodplain manager, an exam will be given on
Friday, March 19, for those interested in becoming a CFM.
